Select the text you want to underline full width

Also try different underlines types (dotted or white diamond) until finding one which best complements your design.
Text-underline-offset property of CSS allows users to adjust the thickness of an underline. This property specifies how much space should exist between text and its full width underline, and can be applied across font sizes. Please keep in mind, however, that this only affects underlines; other line decorations such as overlines or strikethrough are unaffected by text-underline-offset property.
