Ashley HomeStore, an American furniture chain, sells Ashley Furniture products. The chain has over 2000 locations around the world. It was established in 1997. ChannelAdvisor’s Ashley Furniture Drop Ship integration allows pre-approved Ashley Furniture vendors to automate the management of their purchase orders (PO), PO acceptances, ship notifications and invoicing.

Standard Shipping

All in-stock items ship within 1-2 days. They will arrive within three to five days after the ship date. We will notify you via email if there is a delay. It is possible for items sent directly from suppliers to take longer and may arrive in a different box. Delivery times may vary due to the custom nature many of our products.

Each product page contains estimated shipping times. These are estimates and subject to product availability and/or manufacturer availability. We will notify you if a product that you ordered is not in stock or back ordered. You can choose to keep it as is or cancel the whole order. Sometimes, there are issues that can cause additional production time. For example, our manufacturers may experience a back-up in production. We will notify you if this happens. Contact customer service at if you have any questions about stock availability or stock information before placing an order.

Refer to the table below for shipping costs. Extra weight and special packaging requirements may require additional shipping charges. An item may be subject to an additional shipping cost. This will be indicated on the product page as a delivery surcharge. This amount should be added to the standard shipping costs as listed below. You may find other products that have a fixed shipping price. This will be indicated on the product page.

Dropship items

We have so many products that we cannot fit everything into our warehouse. Dropshipping items are sent directly from the manufacturer to your door. If you have any questions about what items we stock, or if drop shipping is available to let us know when your order will arrive.

Additional shipping costs

To ensure that your items arrive in safe and sound conditions, some of our products may require additional fees. Special handling fees may be required for fragile items, such as artwork, lighting, and glass. Additional shipping charges beyond our standard shipping costs are noted on the product page as “delivery surcharge”.

Delivery to Post Office Boxes

We send our deliveries via USPS, UPS, or freight carrier. Products shipped via UPS and freight carrier do not qualify for Post Office Box delivery.

Delivery to APO/FPO addresses

Parcel Post will deliver orders to APO and FPO addresses. Parcel Post cannot ship furniture, rugs, and lighting that are larger than 2 lbs to APO or FPO addresses. Orders over 2 pounds may incur additional shipping costs. Your credit card will be charged additional shipping costs up to $15. You will be contacted to confirm that you have approved any additional shipping costs exceeding $15

Tracking & Order Status

Once your order has been processed, a tracking number is assigned to the package. An email notification will confirm that it has been sent. For your reference, the tracking number will be included in the email. It is possible that multiple items may ship at different times or from different locations. Each shipment will be assigned a tracking number. You will be notified and receive tracking numbers once each package has been shipped.

Freight shipping and delivery information

On every product page, you can find an estimate of the shipping time. Ashley Rohe Home cannot guarantee this estimated shipping time. Sometimes, there are issues beyond our control that can cause additional production time. For example, our manufacturers may experience a back-up in production. We will notify you if this happens.

Important to remember that shipping times are not controlled after a piece leaves the manufacturer’s facility. Ashley Rohe Home acts as a liaison to ensure that merchandise is safely transported to you. However, delays or damages could be caused by freight companies. Ashley Rohe Home will do everything possible to get your furniture to you quickly and in good condition. We will also notify you immediately if there are any delays or problems. If you are concerned about any damage to your freight shipment, it is important that you carefully inspect the items.
