The standard turnaround time for your print(s), once your order has been received is within one business day. This may increase to two days during busy seasons such as the Christmas Holidays.
GicleePrintsUSA is our primary shipping partner. All orders below 16 oz are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Tracking is included. A tracking number will be sent via email after your order has been shipped. All orders over 16 ounces are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, or other services with tracking.
As requested by customers, we can also use other shipping partners. We have shipped with all major carriers including FedEx, UPS and DHL.

North America: 3-5 business days via USPS First Class
Europe: 2-3 weeks via USPS International MailAustralia, New Zealand, and Oceania: 3-6 weeks via USPS International Mail
While we will do our best to meet shipping estimates, we cannot guarantee them. The shipping method you choose will determine the actual delivery time.
Customs and import taxes
All import and custom taxes applicable to buyers are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Packaging
Prints 11″x14″ or smaller are cut, wrapped in acid-free tissue papers, and affixed on a backerboard. The prints are then shipped in kraft Stay Flat cardboard mailers. For larger prints, a belly band is used to secure them. Then, the print is gently rolled and placed in a 3″ Kraft cardboard shipping tube. You can use the belly band to display your branding.

Drop shipping orders to customers is possible. Please let us know at the time you place your order so we can suppress any GicleePrintsUSA branding. We can also include your inserts, business cards, or any other branding material if you make a special arrangement.
Prints shipped in 3″ tubes can be printed with your branding on 2″ square labels. We can attach these labels to the end caps. This creates a strong branding impression when the customer opens their print(s) and during transit. Our customers often send us their marketing materials to insert.
Drop shipping is faster and more efficient than traditional shipping. We can also handle any damages or returns. We will also hand-number limited edition prints and act as your USA distributor. How It Works?
UPS is our shipping method. We can ship almost anywhere in the world. Most dropship orders ship within 2 to 4 business days of payment (estimated – see production page for more information). Transit time depends on final destination. Prints are shipped flat, up to 11×14 inches in clear bags on board. Larger prints will be shipped in rolls in tissue or kraft paper, and in sturdy shipping art tubes. Canvas prints are shipped in boxes. Stretched canvas can only be shipped to the US, while rolled canvas can be shipped internationally. Our return address will be used, but blind shipping will be used. We will replace any damage at no cost to you. This rarely happens. GicleeToday pricing or branding is not included in the package. It looks like it’s from you.
