Shipping Info
EmmaCloth.com values every customer and each parcel we send. There are two options for delivery: Standard and Express (Faster). Below is a list of delivery options.
Before you buy:
1. We usually take 1-3 business days to process your order. This does not include weekends and holidays.
2. Tracking information for all packages can be found under ‘My Orders”.

Holidays and customs clearance can affect shipping times. For any questions about shipments, kindly email wholesale@emmacloth.com within 6 months after shipping, and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Overdue requests might not be accepted.
Return Policy
EmmaCloth.com is an online shop that sells on the basis of our proven reliability and excellent designs. Our QA team will verify that the products you order are working properly before they are shipped to you. This ensures our product quality. You will need to confirm your size before you buy. A size measurement will be provided below each item.
You can exchange or return items if you aren’t satisfied. Email to wholesale@emmacloth.com and we will do the best we can.
Simple Exchanges
You love it, but you need a different size, colour, or pattern? We will exchange your item as long as it’s in stock and for a nominal fee.
Refund:
You can return the item to get a refund. To do this, pay the return shipping fees and send us the original package.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Window of Eligibility:
You must return the item to our Fulfillment Center within thirty days of the original delivery date.
No Returns on Items
Bodysuits, lingerie and swimwear are not eligible for return or exchange.
Packaging requirements:
All items should be in their original packaging and must not have been damaged.
How to make your return or exchange:
Step 1: If you’re not satisfied with the products received, please contact our customer service first and email to wholesale@emmacloth.com for further help.
Step 2: It’s simple to exchange items. Simply let us know the SKU number and size of the item you wish to exchange. After receiving your returned items, our Account Department will arrange for a refund.
Step 3: It is important to pack it. Pack it up. If you have lost your invoice, go to My Account and click on Order History. Then, print the correct order number.
Step 4: Send it off. Attach your printed shipping label to the package. Keep track of the tracking number to follow it’s journey.
Allow 5-10 business days for your package to transit. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days to process after receiving it at our Fulfillment Center.
Once we have processed your exchange or return, we will email you.
We strongly recommend that you insure your package if you decide to pay for your shipping. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages that are not shipped with our label.
