What is the program? Orders are processed by Keystone / NTP. They are shipped via UPS to your retail customer (unless the part is too large, in which case it will ship truck freight). Keystone will bill you for shipping and the cost of the part.
Is Keystone’s name on any documents or labels?
Keystone’s name is not listed on the return form or package label. The label lists a ‘Fulfillment Center’ address, while the return form only lists an anonymous “Product Returns” address.
What shipping options do you have?
UPS Ground, UPS Ground Select, UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS 3 Day Select. LTL is available for oversized parts. You can also use your UPS account, or you can take advantage of our flat-rate shipping option. There are also FedEx and USPS options.
How can I tell if an item has not been shipped?
Keystone will email a cancellation file to you if your order is cancelled at the warehouse.
How can I process a return?
All returns are processed by sending an email to our return inbox. A member of our team monitors this mailbox daily and coordinates the return.
When can orders be processed and shipped?
All orders will be picked and shipped on the same day if they are received before UPS cut times (varies depending on warehouse location).
How can I process a return?
You can return stock merchandise by going to our website www.ekeystone.com all other returns requests should be sent to our returns email inbox. A member of our team monitors this mailbox daily and coordinates return requests.
How can I sign up to the program?
Fill out the application under the New Customer tab. Before an account can be established, we must receive your application. These requirements include information about image management and active checkout.
