If you wish to cancel your subscription to Zazzle Black, simply visit the program management page of your account and follow these steps: To do this first and to ensure a smooth experience, log into My Account first before visiting Program Management Page.
Here you can view all the orders that have been placed on our site, pending or shipped; any pending order that hasn’t shipped can be cancelled by clicking “Cancel Order.” In addition, view your order history and keep track of any current shipments that you may have.
My Account section of our website allows you to manage all of your payment methods and select your default shipping method. In addition, here you can also find your saved addresses from past orders so that they may be edited or deleted as required.
Use My Account area of our website to create collections of designs you like. Collections provide a fun and eye-catching way of organizing products you love for easy purchasing in the future; sharing collections via email and social media with friends is also possible!

My Account” allows you to keep tabs on everything you’ve done on Zazzle and create collections to organize and showcase your favorite products! Sharing these collections with family and friends is also an excellent way to keep in touch.
Here, you can also access all of your saved payment methods. It’s wise to regularly review this tab so you don’t incur any unexpected charges on your bank or credit card statements!
Here you can view and manage your Zazzle Plus membership settings, such as changing membership terms or updating payments methods – or cancelling at any time! As well as informing yourself about your shipping options, which is especially essential if you plan to sell or ship any of your products! Plus, you can upgrade from Standard membership to Premium at any time; though the annual membership fee is non-refundable and taxes may apply. Please be aware that when paying for your Zazzle Plus membership, only credit or debit cards may be used as payment – gift cards cannot be accepted as payment options. Furthermore, to enroll and purchase Zazzle Plus you must be at least 18 years old or your parent/guardian must give their approval for enrollment in the program if under 18.

“My Account” contains all your personal and professional data and settings. Here, you can edit or view contact info, alter password settings, select content to receive in email updates from Zazzle, view order history/payment management details as well as add or remove payment methods from your account.
Use Collections to easily organize your favorite designs into pleasing visual collections! Create collections based on design, occasion or event date or product type; collections provide a wonderful way to share what inspires you with others!
If you return a stitch file image-enhanced product that was made according to your specifications, you may qualify for a refund of the conversion fee. Please be aware that our return policy for embroidered products differs from that for other Zazzle product returns – for more details see here.
Your account credit should arrive in your Zazzle account within one business day and can then be used towards purchasing items on Zazzle; it will remain valid for a year from its issue date.
Your membership will automatically renew for additional one-year terms on the anniversary of when you joined. At any point you can cancel your membership at any time; however, any portion of annual fees already paid cannot be refunded to you. This section allows you to easily view all of the sales you’ve made on Zazzle, along with their order history and any pending or completed orders. This makes keeping track of orders much simpler!
As a Zazzle Plus member, you are entitled to free standard shipping for Eligible Purchases that ship to continental United States addresses (including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses with U.S. zip codes) as well as exclusive access to Zazzle Black. Your membership will automatically renew for another one-year term unless cancelled; payment for your annual membership fee can be made using credit card or PayPal and no refund will be given for any unused portion. Furthermore, it would be prudent to regularly review bank and credit card statements in order to identify any unexpected charges from companies you forgot about cancelling.
Zazzle Plus is a monthly subscription program offering members unlimited standard shipping on eligible purchases as well as exclusive access to discounts, promotions, and features. At any time you may upgrade to Premium by logging into your account and selecting “Upgrade.” Please be aware that the Premium membership fee is non-refundable and will be billed automatically to your payment method on file.
Your membership benefits with Zazzle extend beyond the terms in our User Agreement and include a prepaid return shipping label for products confirmed as defective or damaged by one of our representatives; all other returns require you to cover shipping costs yourself.
If you choose to terminate your account, you will be notified via email and all products (both public and private) and stores will be removed from the site. In addition, any orders that have been queued for production but not yet fulfilled will fall under your responsibility; please be aware that this process could take up to 30 days.
