Dropshipping can be continued by either manually migrating to another dropshipping app or automatically migrating your data from Oberlo.

What happens when Oberlo closes?
The Oberlo app will be removed from your Shopify store. You also won’t have access to your historical data. The Oberlo app won’t be available in your Shopify store after June 15, 2022.
How can I continue dropshipping?
With just a few clicks, you can easily migrate your historical data, such as orders and settings, and import data, from Oberlo into the DSers app. You can then continue dropshipping.
You don’t have to move to the DSers app. Instead, you can use an alternate dropshipping app to manually migrate your data.
What day is the last day I can log in to my Oberlo account
June 15, 2022. You won’t have access to or be able use your Oberlo account after this date.
When will the Oberlo app be available for download?
May 11, 2022. After May 12, 2022, Oberlo will be removed from your Shopify store. You can’t install it anymore.
What can I do to get my money back for the Oberlo subscription that I haven’t used?
If you are currently on a premium Oberlo subscription, you can cancel it right away and receive a refund, or Shopify app credit depending on where you were billed.
- Oberlo will refund you if you are charged.
- Shopify will bill you if you are billed. You will then receive Shopify app credit.
All Oberlo subscriptions will be cancelled on June 15, 2022. Accounts affected by Oberlo will receive refunds and Shopify app credit for any unused subscription days.
You can cancel your Oberlo paid subscription by downgrading to the Explorer plan.
- Click on your Oberlo admin > Account settings > Your Plan.
- Click SWITCH PLANS.
- Next to the Explorer plan, click SELECT.
- Click START.
What is the best way to request invoices once Oberlo has been shut down?
You can receive invoices depending on where you are charged for Oberlo App.
- Shopify will bill you if you are billed. You can access your Shopify admin > Settings > billing to view your invoices.
- You can request Oberlo invoices if you are being billed in Oberlo by sending an email to billing@oberlo.com
Can Oberlo export my products, import data, and settings data?
You can migrate all data from Oberlo to DSers if you want to keep your dropshipping business going. You can read the section Migrating to Oberlo DSers below for more information.
Oberlo cannot export data manually if you use another dropshipping software. Oberlo can only export your orders data to a CSV and XLSX format from your Orders pages.

You can migrate to the DSers App if you wish. You can also migrate to the free DSers subscription plan if you are on Oberlo’s Boss plan.
Is the DSers app compatible with Oberlo?

Your language preference will also be migrated if you move to DSers. The DSers app allows you to change your language preference.
Do I need to migrate to DSers to do this?
You can’t use another dropshipping application for your business. However, your past data, such as orders or products, won’t automatically be migrated to the other app.
You can search for other dropshipping apps if you don’t wish to use the DSers App.
Migrating from Oberlo to DSers
How do I migrate to the DSers App?
Only the Oberlo account administrator can initiate the migration process. Staff accounts cannot do this. The amount of data in Oberlo will determine the time it takes to migrate. This includes orders and products. Small businesses can migrate data in minutes. Larger businesses can wait several hours.
Steps:
- Click Home from your Oberlo administrator.
- Click MIGRATE TO DERSERS NOW.
- Click CONTINUE TO DERS.
- You can install the DSers app in Shopify admin by clicking Install app.
- Log in to your existing DSers account, or create a new one.
- Register for a DSers account if you don’t already have one.
- Log into your existing DSers account and choose your preferred data preference. You might have Oberlo data that is not compatible with your DSers account, such as product pricing rules. It is up to you to decide which app’s data to use as a source.
- Click START migrating. This is the first step in the data migration from Oberlo to DSers.
After you have migrated to DSers, a success message will be displayed and Oberlo is placed on a read-only status. You can now access Oberlo but cannot perform any actions.
What happens when I move to the DSers App?
After you have migrated to DSers app, the following changes occur:
- All Oberlo settings, orders, products, and import lists are migrated to DSers.
- Shopify’s product inventory location changes from Oberlo, to DSers.
- You cannot do any actions in Oberlo app after your Oberlo account has been put in read-only mode.
- Your subscription plan will be migrated to a free DSers plan. You can also subscribe to a paid DSers subscription if you wish.
The data associated with your shipment tracking information is not being migrated to DSers. Your Shopify admin account and AliExpress account can show you your historical order status.
