Dropshippers who are Shopee subscribers will pay a 2% service charge. This fee is based on the item sold and any charges (discounts vouchers and promotions) less the pass-on cost.
Dropshippers will pay a 5% service charge to Lazada subscribers for each payout. This fee is based on the Item sale amount and any charges (discounts vouchers and promotions) less any pass-on cost.
Dropify handles all disputes, including returns, shipping fees discrepancies, and so forth.
Dropify does not accept returns for the following reasons:-Wrong item delivered

Yes! Yes! You can join marketing campaigns and use tools such as free shipping and vouchers. As long as you don’t sell less than the cost of the goods, you can join campaigns.
NOTE: All Flash Sale submissions must be coordinated with Dropify Team in order to ensure inventory for your Flash Sale slot.
Dropify offers order processing as part of its services. Dropify will pick, pack, and ship your orders.
Where can I find the complete price list/cost for goods?
Dropify will send you an email with the complete price list/costs of the goods upon store turnover. This email can be used as a reference for pricing.
Dropshippers on Lazada can now access sponsored discovery. You must meet certain criteria before you are able to access this feature.
Dropify will email you about your order/s that have an out-of-stock issue. The email will also include the replacement item/s for out-of-stock items. It is important to know that you will coordinate with your customer/s about the replacement.
Dropify uses a system that processes and tracks orders/s. Adding other products to your Dropify store may be allowed, but you will need to pay a fee for storage or fulfillment. Or you can apply to Dropify as a supplier.
